Changes:
- Fixed bug where you could get CurrentModificationException and then some blocks didn't take health into account.
- Changed "enchanting_table" to "enchantment_table" in the default config, see list here for all blocks: https://hub.spigotmc.org/javadocs/spigot/org/bukkit/Material.html
