Fixed test vote command, updated to CS-API v1.2.7
ProVotes Updates:
  • [Fix] Fixed the test vote command to provide a vote object (for placeholders) when a vote service is not provided.

CS-API Updates:
  • General
    • [Feature] Added a new system to automatically create the default entries in config files if they don't exist (will prevent discrepancies when updating to a version with new fields).
    • [Maintenance] Updated to the internal hook versions of all the CS-API based plugins.
