Ever wanted to manage all of your reports IN GAME and have it done effectively?[3.2.2] Added "Max-Reports-Per-Player" & proper ClaimGUI fix
(1) » Added "Max-Reports-Per-Player" under the 'settings' category in the config.yml.
(2) » Added "Max-Reports-Reached" under the 'messages' category in the config.yml.

(3) » Found the final issue on why the ClaimGUI file didn't load correctly. Simply forgot to check if the ClaimGUI folder was created prior to attempting to create the 'ClaimGUI.yml' inside of said folder. ('plugins/PlayerReport/ClaimGUI')
