- Added /back with permission tplogin.use.back - will tp you back to your last location before you teleported elsewhere.
- Added Essentials(X) Support for logging and retrieving the user's last location. Although it's not required as I have my own methods in there. So if you use essentials /tp or other teleporting commands, my /back command will tp you back regardless.

Fixed the user seeing 2 join/leave messages for the user.
Minor code optimizations
Fixed a message placeholder not being set in messages.yml for Command Spawn and Command Back delay blocked-commands
