Improvements on Baltop loading
Added new section of config
BalanceTop:

Update: 300
## Update balance top when player joins server could be intense on CPU.
UpdateOnJoin: false
##Update on command /tokens baltop!
UpdateOnCommand: true

Your old config.yml will restart so make sure you set it up how you want
