Their paid extension doesn't work. The extension ArenaRegen does not work correctly, I'm upset that I wasted money and my time in vain. You cannot make it so that players can only break arena blocks they have placed - this function does not work in config and players can break all blocks. I opened an issue on github but not sure if it will help

I own a fairly decent sized Minecraft server easily 100+ concurrent users online at any given time. I just wanted to take the time and say Valatic, my server uses this plugin on a regular basis and it is really and I would recommend it to anyone! Everything works and I am yet to have crash issues or any bugs! Very configurable!

Quite a good plugin. It has a great base concept and is easy enough to use for both players and admins. It does lack some features I would like to see, namely the ability to let my players queue for specific Arenas and be able to chose different kits. Other than that, it's a very streamlined plugin that my players are enjoying a lot.

This plugin is great. Its simple and effective and does exactly what it says. There isnt much customisation in regards to the gui but apart from that its great. Players can bet items/currency in my faction server and they dont lose their items they had before entering the duel so great work

Everything works very well, but Is it possible to set one ranking for all kits?

I used this plugin for my Custom Replay Based Duels server. Here are my thoughts.

It was certainly a good plugin for what I needed at a core, a duels system for my players to be able to play with, and to record their matches. However, after custom coding a replay system and starting to grow my server I started to realize how I'd need to expand it's feature set to allow custom kits. This is when things started to get difficult, as this duels plugin is only meant to be a drop-in type of things for servers to quickly add dueling to their server. While it fulfills that purpose, it's not recommend for big servers as each arena is not seperated (tablists, generation wise, etc.) and needs to be manually added. So, take the plugin with a grain of salt.

TLDR; You need a simple duels plugin to drop in and use for a small server, use this
If you need a full fledged dueling system for a larger growing server, or a dedicated duels server, I'd recommend an alternative or custom coding / getting one

Really good plugin for 1v1's, although it likes to spam with command block. It's not affecting performance, but its still not very good trying to check the logs. If its not plugins fault, then my bad.

This is the best dueling plugin I found! I will implement it in my survival server, since you do not lose inventory when doing a duel. 10/10 the plugin, I only leave as a suggestion to add a type of BedWars kit, so that when breaking the bed loses the game, or that there is a counter of 3, when breaking the bed 3 times that the opponent loses, otherwise very good plugin, I hope a next update

The plugin is decent, but i had a couple of things that i would like to get helped, like the snowballs doesnt hit players, and get the option to choose kits and personal inventory, and it looks like it cant be done, you have to choose in config 1 of them and thats it.

So ya, only thing is that when you choose to bet for items, players are able to take from other players items in gui with "double-click" and gets out all items that can be stacked. So it would be rly great if you could make some blockade to "Double-Click" pickup items. Thanks :D

Hi. The plugin is really good, thank you for it! But unfortunately it has one big problem that I can't use it. Player-1 sends a teleportation request to player-2 before the duel, and when player-1 is already in the duel, player-2 accepts the teleportation request. Thus, players can use whales from duels for their own purposes. Breaking the economy. Please correct this. My suggestions: if one of the players somehow managed to teleport from the world of duels, then he is killed and the duel ends.

I can create a Sumo duel, OP duel, NoDebuff; basically any gamemode I want to create is possible because of this. Thank you! However I do have one question: if I were to have multiple people on my KitPvP server and want them to automatically queue into a duel, will I have to create multiple arenas? Just wondering. Thanks!

hell lotta fun, first day installing this on my server had my friends play it straight for 5 hours. One suggestion I have though is to set both player's gamemode to survival before the duel start, saves time for creative servers.

i setup everything but when i restart my server all the kits i made are gone ...

Good plugin! The only problem I have is I want to create queues for certain arenas. For instance, I want to make a queue for a arena called Cave. Then I would make that queue 1st priority. Other queues have a different priority, but the 1st priority is the 1st in queue for that arena. Once the people in that arena are done, the 1st priority goes in.

The plugin is good and decent!
But there is a problem, it happens that the plugin writes that the arena is occupied, but there is no duel. After restarting the plugin, the problem disappears but reappears after a certain period of time.

That plugin works perfectly!
There are lots of features that enhance your server quite a lot.
Something that needs to be added, are queues that are completely unranked, which means you neither lose/win money(which is already possible) nor the elo is affected by a match.
However, nice work : )

When the player finishes a match and is teleported back to the spawn area containing the surrounding npc, the npc is disappeared.

I don't know how accurate I wrote it, but when a player leaves the game in duel, that player's account needs to be corrected.

Great resource, would be even better if you can implement CrackShot so players can use guns in the arena. They can currently, but it doesnt' realize that the duel is over.

Excellent plugin, filled with plenty of features to allow you to create the best ever custom 1v1 arenas, works nicely with PvP manager even if it wasnt intended... Excellent plugin, I have been using it for a long time and I am glad that after 1 year it is updated again. I only have a small problem with the Leaderheads plugin, I have already sent you an application to send screenshots.

Version 3 fixed all the issues which caused me to remove this in the past. This was a great addition, and I can't wait to add all my pvp arenas!

Great plugin, works fantastically. Would be good if when you spawn there is a glass cage around you that disappears once the duel starts - to give it a proper duel feeling.

It's all good but it's just that there is much more that can be added such as 2v2 and also I really hope you fix the glitch where Unbreakable attribute disappears after saving the kit thx.

My only request is that when a duel ends it doesn't do anything when the loser has died. (meaning it won't change game mode just let the player die naturally) Make an option for this in the config and I guarantee I will rate this 6 stars!

Great Plugin i am using for my duel server and it is working awesome!. and i have an question.. How do i change the lore on map selector from Unknown Map to my own. Either way awesome plugin defenently a must for all servers!.

it is great, my only complaint is that you can't allow player to choose whether to use their own inventories or whether to use a kit (have player inventory as an optin in the gui.

Amazing Plugin! I would recommend to anyone who owns a PvP server, it is truly brilliant. I haven't found any bugs too :)
There are some things that still could be added, like players being able to edit their own kit inventories instead of the 1 kit inventory everyone gets so like the big practice servers, you have your own loadout + the default loadout, if this is to be added it would be even better :)

Extremely easy to use and very configurable. A quick suggestion is to have a new setting, something like Enabled-In-Worlds:. In the list those are the only worlds where it is enabled in. However I did figure out how to use the region type stuff, so I guess all is actually good.

Hello there, is this plugin compatible with 1.7.10? I LOVE this plugin and would love to have it on my server.

I setup the arenas and kit, and tried to /duel someone. The GUI showed up; however, when I click the kit to duel someone, nothing happens and I was able to edit the gui and take items out.

Great plugin however I wish there was a way you could stake items or money before the duel with a gui

This is the go-to plugin if you want a simple 1v1 plugin on one of your main servers. The others on Spigot do not compare, especially TrainingPvP.

If this plugin is at all still in development and getting more updates I have a few suggestions for it <3..

1. allow them to actually choose between using their own inventory and a custom kit for duels.
2. Add a betting/wager option to bet items, exp & money (Vault) and the winner will get the items bet (including their own items and the loser's items back).
3. Add a firework at the end for the winner :3
4. Add a section to choose what to have enabled/disabled for your duel like for example..
Melee Combat (Swords)
Ranged Combat (Bow)
Unarmed Combat (Fists)
Flight (Elytras and /fly)
Potions (Regular Potions & Splash Potions and when they do a duel it will remove any current potion effects on them)
Golden Apples & Enchanted Golden Apples (Will remove the effects if they have it before the duel starts)
Enderpearls/Chorus Fruit
Totem of Undying
Fishing Rods/Eggs/Snowballs (Annoying really xD just if you want to disable them)
Hunger Loss
Choose to duel at day or night
Specific Armor pieces (Helmet, Chestplate, Leggings & Boots)
Health Regeneration
5. Allow them to duel for givebacks like they will get their items back if they lose or win. (unless it's a kit, only if they decide to use their own inventory)
6. Allow at the end of the match for the players to view each other's inventories like a hover message for the winner's inventory and the loser's inventory to see their armor enchants, durability, etc.

Quick and easy to setup (assuming no other plugins decide to collide with it). Plugin does what its supposed to do and leaves the rest up to you.

the plugin is amazing but a feature which i would like to see is a betting gui. both the players get a chest gui open up while you send the duel and both of them can put in either money or items.

Absolutely amazing! Simple to use, simple to play with, and very straightforward for players and admins. Two comments/suggestions: would be very cool to be able to pick more than one kit per duel and, unrelated, if you could invite by nickname!

Wow, amazing plugin! Just tested it on one arena and so far so good! Definitely using this on my server.

Close to perfect plugin, however, there is no attribute compatibility for items, which is impeding me from allowing players to optionally pvp in the much liked 1.8 stile, through 0 cooldown swords.

Will delete this review, and re-rate as Excelent once attributes work.

/duel [player] [gb | gbs | givebacks | give]
and neither will drop there items if its true as well as send on the message: {player] has req to duel you with givebacks!

Hello, I am using this plugin for my server and it is working very well apart from one glitch. When I set the Duel lobby, the winner gets glitched in a block every time he respawns in the lobby. If you could fix this glitch, it would be a 5 star for sure. Thank you!
