I would rate 5 stars but when I have it installed, it breaks my connected hoppers if any item gets thrown in or dropped by mobs. Please fix this bug as there was no option to disable this in the config. Otherwise, great plugin!

I have tried to use this plugin, but now just found out that this plugin does not even able to support languages other than English.
Considering this plugin was first published in 2016, yet still not able to support other languages, feels to me like the author does not bother to implement it at all.
What a shame, seems like a workable nice plugin, just left not attended anymore.
If this plugin anytime enhanced to support that, i will definitely return to use it.
Anyway, it is still a good plugin to use, just not for me.

Very very good plugin overall. Everything can be individually configured and there are a lot of interesting features. I think it adds a LOT to the gameplay, depending on what your players want. PLEASE update this to 1.14.1 sometime in the near future.

While it's not 1.13 ready yet I still felt the need to write a review on how awesome this plugin is. Don't get mislead by its name, its so much more than a hard mode plugin. Even for a peaceful server, it will let you customise an insane amount of options, changing the gameplay to suit your needs.

EHM is a wonderful addition to survival when there seems to be nothing to do. It's easy to set up (if you do what you're supposed to ^^; ), it adds TONS of features, and everything is configurable to a level that allows it to thrive on just about any survival server.

All of the changes, while difficult, are masterfully thought out, with creative concepts added to make the game harder without simply making your mistakes count for more. The developer is very active in the discussion section and on github, meaning issues, bugs, and suggestions get fast attention.

All in all, a must have for survival.

ExtraHardMode is one of essentials plugin that makes your game turned great, except when intergrated with Towny Plugin, it cause console spam regarding explosion issues.

I give 5 if they fix this.

This is freaking amazing. Only one tiny problem.. monsters aren't spawning underground.. not with any torches around at all for sure. I set the max y to 200 and max light up to even 15 and they still won't :( I really would like them to.

extra challenge to minecraft

Such an excellent plugin gives a new meaning on survival greatly reminds me of Terrafirmacraft for some reason which is awesome.

This plugin is quite badass. I've cobbled together similar functionality using numerous plugins on my main 1.7.10 server. But THIS plugin takes the place of a half-dozen others in giving a one-stop-shop for a hard Minecraft makeover. If I wanted to make a quickie survival Spigot server "makeover" of vanilla Minecraft for someone with no effort, I'd probably toss in this plugin (and Infernal mobs) and call it a day.

Very good plugin for adding extra challenge to Minecraft! Would it be possible for Scoreboard Stats support? We use that plugin to display info for a bunch of other plugins but it doesn't work well with EHM.

Features are great for a challenging play style. I like the ideas of new block gravity, farming and tree cutting.
