I love this plugin! I've encountered a few minor bugs, though – a GitHub issue is already open. I hope there will be an update soon.

It's a very good plugin.
If you configure it correctly, it continues to work even in version 1.21.8 (removing the message that the plugin is out of date).
The only thing I would like to know is why the placeholder %gemseconomy_balance_default_formatted% is not shortened correctly, showing decimals instead of truncating them (150,000 instead of 150k).
Otherwise, it is an excellent plugin!

Contrary to what some reviews say, I was still able to use this on a 1.18.2 server, idk for 1.19.x tho.
Pretty easily customizeable and even tho it's been discontinued a plugin I won't replace.

Fix the fucking shit plugin, create a protection store and put the command / geco take so that it takes the player's money and says that I don't have permission to use that command, when I add the appropriate permissions, if you want to create a menu with This plugin and other things DON'T DO IT, you will waste your valuable time, it is a shit plugin. a by the way does not have support with vault as it says

PLEASE READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING THE PLUGIN:

This plugin might seem good at first glance, but it's full of issues that are breaking the database and making all the currencies along with their data being reset after some time/usage.

If you constantly have users earning currency (or even buying stuff with it) aka having their values change, after some time you can literally join and make it reset for everybody.

Have been trying to figure this out for over a month when I had this issue until I decided to pay a developer out of my pocket to fix this (github commits attached below)

I also reported it to the developer a few months ago, and I was told that a update was going to be pushed eventually (surprise! it's still haven't been pushed).

This resource contains major flaws with player data saving and handling, if you have multiple currencies and a random player earns currency from GemsEconomy, the database breaks and resets the data.yml file, making you lose ALL the player data.

Good plugin but v4.9 database wont work on V4.9.2,i was using V4.9 the database only work on V4.9.1,not sure what is going on,so update to V4.9.1 if you ar running old versions.

There is no reload command which makes it very difficult to set up on a live server. I know this isn't the best practice but I don't make enough for a development server so its essential plugins have a reload function.

Literally the best economy plugin out there! Works just as intended and very simple.

This is a very good plugin, but can it allow a sub-server to set an independent default currency when Bungececord and MySQL are enabled? There are many plugins that require Vault support, but servers that require separate currencies are important!

Actually an amazing economy plugin and the far best I've seen, but I have one thing to recommend: please, add an ability to use selectors (like @p, @a, etc.) in /geco to be able to remove and add money to the nearest player via the command blocks. Thanks.

Your plugin doesn't work well. -1+1 = 2 ... Annoying for player's balances. Sometimes you have to use /eco or /gcurr or /currency and I have to search the right syntax each time. It may have conflicts with essentials economy too. Currencies symbols are replaced sometimes with "?" and other things...

I think this is the best economy plugin! 5 stars for you! Works great on my server

For instance, I use ShopChest to allow players to buy items, how would I allow this plugin to work with that so that players can buy things in multiple currencies. Thanks. For me was it a one star because this is a plugin for coders which I am not. I didn´t get that until I set everything up so my feedback is to the plugin dev to put a disclaimer in the beginning of the plugin overview.

Simple to use, we chose this for its support for multiple currencies. There is some configuration required in order to get /baltop to work (had to change the storage backend) but all in all this plugin has been very stable for us.

One of the best Economy plugins. But you need a little setting if you use it together with essentials in the config file.

I love your plugin it is very useful for me :)) Also it works pretty well without bugs.

Although I just started using it, I want to donate the author because it should cost more than $10.
I hope that Mult-server will have no problems when using it, and will get more and more plugins support in the future. So GemsEconomy can completely replace PlayerPoints. (Can you support converters for points?)

As of now, this is the only plugin that fits into my server. My Survival server needs 2 currencies. One connected to other servers and the other one is standalone to this server. I achieved this by having an economy plugin connected to Vault, and having this GemsEconomy with Vault connection disabled. I'll use GemsEconomy as Point currency available on Survival, Minigames, Creative, etc.
If GemsEconomy can support wider scope of configurability, I would rate this 6/5 (just kidding)

I would love to use cheques on my server, which work, but throw an error when cashing and creating. Also, they do not show the value they are worth.

Thanks for making this plugin. It really made my server more unique due the reason that most servers use $ as economy and using Gems was a nice turn plus the PlaceholderAPI is really helpful as well

When i do /bal or /eco it keep sending me the same message over and over again even when i do /bal 360_

Would give it 5 but there is no mySQL support. I will update when mySQL support becomes available! Other than that this plugin works great with minecraft 1.9
