Configurable messages + fixed reload command
- All messages that players see are now configurable, including some parts of the confirmation GUI. Configurable admin messages will be coming soon.
- The reload command is back, and is now working just fine when you change a message or even add a new tier!
- A new default configuration file has been added. A new one will come out in a future version with comments explaining what everything is.
- All, if not, most bugs have been fixed.
- Compiled against the latest Spigot build and PlotSquared build available on Spigot.
