[3.7.17] Fixed .jar's for updated PlotSquared
(1) » Fixed both of the version .jar's depending upon the various versions of PlotSquared.
Please note that the 1.7.10 - 1.12 version of PlotMines
is dependent upon an OLDER version of PlotSquared.
The most recent versions of PlotSquared ONLY
support 1.13+. If you have any issues with this
