(1) » Players that are trusted to a plot can now reset PlotMines in that plot. (No, they can't remove any PlotMines, only reset if trusted)
(2) » You can place PlotMines directly under another PlotMine as long as they don't intersect. (This works perfectly, even literally 1 block directly under each other - Not practical, but still, works flawlessly)
(3) » I made the 'blocks: data' (Block data) in each mine to support doubles. (Meaning you can now have 0.01% and so forth of any block inside PlotMines)
(4) » You can no longer place PlotMines low enough to destroy bedrock. (Can no longer delete the floor in your Plot and be able to fall into the void)
(5) » You can no longer place PlotMines above the set Ground Level. (No more PlotMines in the air) - This is toggle-able. (If you allow this, any blocks a PlotMine has (walls, floor, etc.) above Ground Level will be deleted after removing a PlotMine)
(6) » Removed the General permission. (Players no longer need plotmines.use AND plotmines.use.(tier) - Now they just need plotmines.use.(tier))
(7) » Completely redesigned the pre-existing config.yml.
(8) » Made everything else in the plugin configurable via the config.yml.
(9) » Removed extra code/data that seemingly had no purpose to the plugin whatsoever.
