Fix 1.13 and 1.14 support and update french translation

Fix support for 1.13 and 1.14 items (Thank you to all the people that have reported the bug: ShaneThePoole, MrWardy, Aresiel0666, BurntValentine, drood, kreNtal, MerlinK11 and kujaeast. I really appreciate your help)
- Updated/Fixed french translation (Thanks to Achent007 )
Note: This version has been tested only in MC 1.13 and MC 1.14. I wouldn't update if you are using an older version (unless you need the fixed French translation)
