Any plugin that is so lightweight it can be several versions out of date and still work with no issues gets some serious respect from me. While it doesn't have HEX / RGB color support yet (and is seemingly abandoned), the fact it works even in 1.20.1 says enough.

Really good plugin ! Does perfectly the job. There's just the permission "sr.format" and "sr.magic" that aren't listed in the picture, but other than that, perfect plugin !

I've been using this plugin since 2016 and this plugin has never failed to deliver. After years and years and massive changes to Minecraft, this plugin never fails to stay original and simple. Theres really not much I can say but honestly, it just works amazingly well.

It's a real good pluging, buy how can I allow normal player to change the color of their items names? It says that "you're not allowed to change...."

Great plugin, one suggestion which I find I need a lot, usually I am able to get around this, but not this time.

My suggestion is to add a list of items you can't rename to the config.yml. Otherwise, what I run into a lot, is players are able to manipulate items to make them far better than they can. (Real Example: Renaming the lore of a spawner to turn it into a different type of mob,)

Very useful plugin with lots of options but please make these changes:

Give us a config to edit ALL the messages and colorcodes.

The command "/sr" alone should automatically do /sr help

Change the command /sr to /ir (for itemrename) because so many plugins use /sr and its conflicting with my other plugins. I tried editing the command in the plugin.yml but it didn't output arguments :(
(or give option to change it)

Plugin is great. But I have to tell you to you guys to think twice on using this plugin on ur server. Why?, let me explain it

So, a lot of plugin that has custom item feature use an name check in order to work, because of there's no way you can get colored items from anvil, the name check is used for every plugin. But here you make it so player can create their own custom item that the server has, its simple. Just make sure that the name is the same as the custom item

This will also prob going to allow your player to make an gui that prob admin has, this will only work if the other plugin use name check in order to make the gui button to work. This is also really simple to recreate, just edit the chest's name so the inventory name will also change and then add some button that has the same name on the targeted gui. And boom, you just make yourself an custom gui that only owner can access.

So yea, that's the thing you have to think now, there's just a lot other way player can use this plugin to make an admin tools or maybe recreate other custom item without using that much effort.

By far the best rename plugin. It contains features that are far superior to other plugins. Although this is a `Simple` renaming plugin it can do a lot. I am very disappointed at other reviews for giving bad ratings when the plugin was still being updated to 1.12. The author is still active as well and I'm glad he is continuing to keep this top plugin alive.

A great plugin for renaming and reloring items. If there would be support for lore removal, this would be the best. Hopefully that option gets added in the future.

I REALLY hope that there will be future updates and idk if it is possible but i was hoping to see a mechanics that can rename the "items/blocks" (ores that you mine , in my case), so when they are mined and picked up they have that custom name etc...It would be sooo awesome!!I hope that you will continue to develop the plugin and implement something like that in it!
