Full recode, new configuration options, bug fixes, added API

  • Completely re-did the configuration file (added more options/placeholders)
  • Addressed an NPE when the player was killed by natural causes (not a player)
  • Added a custom event (PlayerDropHeadEvent) that other developers can hook into.

  • Add legacy (< 1.13) support
