#537 Replaced the old bossbar implementation with ShyBossBar as an embedded plugin. As this bossbar is not shared with other players, you can now use player based placeholders for this bossbar. This also reduces packets sent by BlockBall and improves server performance.

Bugs/Issues

#637 Fixed isSwitchGoalsEnabled flag was not transfered to the new arena files. The flag has been renamed to switchGoals.
