Step to install, stop your server, when server is stopped delete config.yml and lang folder.

• ADDED | Better checking for privateMessages
• ADDED | Advanced Anti spam can block messages in time interval config.yml time_between_messages, and improvements for Similar messages have percentage control in config.yml message_percentage_similarity.
  
• ADDED | ClickEvent and Hover for Warning Messages, admin or operator can punish player with click on warning messages. In new config.yml was added for this operations click_actions.
• ADDED | new Permission censor.bypass.repated.messages
  and censor.bypass.time.between.messages, but censor.bypass.antispam was removed.
• FIXED | Detection for websites, was fixed and improved.
