A developer mode has been added, which can be enabled by setting "dev" in config.yml to true (it defaults to false).
While developer mode is disabled, most of the errors caused by processing a command will be hidden to be more user-friendly (and to look better).
A new placeholder has been added: -chance:x%-
This evaluates to 1.0 x% of the time, and 0.0 otherwise.
