Added general 1.13 support.
Some notes:
- Async loading is no longer needed in 1.13 since heads load in a lot smoother. (no more lag yay!)
- Custom colors in inventory titles are broken due to bug in Minecraft.( https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-134597)
- All renamed items default to italics due to bug.( https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC-124458)
