Small additions & bug fixes
This update adds a new feature that allows you to set the data values that are to be replaced in the %coloured_glass% placeholder. Also this update fixes some minor bugs and I cleaned up the code a bit.

New config sections:
Code (Text):
placeholder_data_claimed: 5
placeholder_data_unclaimed: 15
The claimed placeholder will be replaced when the reward corresponding in the menu has been claimed (only works on the smallest sized menu).
