• Some internal API changes for the updated CS-API

CS-API Updates:

• Placeholders & Formatters (Please delete your placeholders.yml to have the new formatters generated)
  • Added MenuItem and World placeholders.
  • Added additional location placeholders for player and offline-player placeholders.
  • Added the following formatters:
    • array
    • block-location
    • collection
    • location
• Menus
  • Added "enabled" option which allows you to toggle the menu.
  • Added "permission" option which allows you to specify a permission required to open the menu.
• Tasks
  • Added new abort task which allows you to "abort" from the subsequent tasks and even actions.
  • Updated the open menu task to require the menu to be enabled, and for the player to have the required permission.
  • Updated the teleport task to allow for formatted location placeholders (from the new location formatters).
• Databases
  • Added a 'max_connections' option for MySQL databases so you can specify the maximum connections allowed in the pool per plugin at any given time.
• Modularized timers so custom ones can be registered (something is in the works to utilize this )
• Some other internal fixes, additions and optimizations.
