1.13 Support
This update adds support for 1.13. Please know that it is untested and should be used in a testing environment. If any errors are discovered then be sure to send me a PM.

All default values in the plugin are still set to 1.8 so you will need to change them manually. This includes but is not limited to materials, and sounds.
