Updated for 1.16.2 + LeaderHeads bugfix
USE AN OLDER VERSION FOR 1.16.1 COMPATIBILITY, THIS VERSION DOES NOT SUPPORT 1.16.1!

1.11 support was removed due to Spigot filesize limitations
Recent changes:
- possible fix for LeaderHeads
- added /npc hologram and related settings
- added /npc command sequential
- changed defaults for new pathfinder to improve performance
- bugfixes to gravity and multi-world support
