## Technical Improvements
- Replaced Bukkit scheduler with Folia entity/region schedulers
- Converted all chunk operations to async (`getChunkAtAsync`)
- Implemented `teleportAsync()` for cross-region teleports
- Removed all synchronous blocking operations
