Update Engine:

Cache Bypass: Added a browser User-Agent and a unique timestamp to every request to force SpigotMC to always deliver the actual latest version.
Suite Discovery: RLCORE now automatically detects if RLGATES or RLAUTH are installed and checks their versions even if they are very old builds.
Version Logic: Fixed the version comparator to prevent false positives.

UX & Messaging:

Clean Design: Removed the footer ("Download the versions...") to reduce chat clutter.
Smart Links: Added a literal URL next to the [DOWNLOAD] button. If the button fails due to the player's client settings, the text link will always work.
Syntax Fix: Fixed an issue causing "click" or "</click>" tags to appear as plain text in the chat.
