INSTRUCTIONS
Variables:
INGAME text strings:

• %name% - display name of player.
• %world-name% - display name of player's current world.
• %players% - display the list of online players.
• %gamemode% - display the player's current gamemode.
• %ip-address% - display the player's ip address.
• %item-in-hand% - display the player's item in hand (no item in hand -> AIR).
