I don't normally feel compelled to leave reviews off of the backs of other individuals, but Kajtek7123 really has just been an annoyance to the SpigotMC developer community.

They appear to have broken their server in more ways than one, causing plugins widely known to be fully functional to be completely broken on their server.

As showcased in the video linked below, ChatBubbles does in fact work on 1.21.1 without any issues - I'd highly recommend this plugin to anyone who is looking to add this kind of functionality to their server!
