Updated for spigot 1.5
I haven't updated this plugin in a while, but I decided it was time. The plugin is now working in spigot 1.5. This includes the blocking the /minecraft
p command for spigot 1.5. When block bukkit is set to true in the config, all
p commands will be blocked.
