Update v1.1 – Smarter Blocking, Disable Mining, and Config Improvements!

What's new in v1.1:

• ✅ New: disable-mining flag added – You can now prevent players from breaking specific blocks like ANCIENT_DEBRIS.
• ✅ Config cleaned: Unnecessary flags removed for clarity, more accurate control over each item.

Why this matters:
You now have precise control for example to temporarily disable netherite progression without players stockpiling items in advance. When you re-enable it, they’ll still need to go mine it.
