Does what it says. However, I have an issue; once the server is turned on, players accrue claim blocks the first time and then never again until the server is restarted once more.

It's very very very good, Lovely, but can you add a gui to visualize claims?, it will be more intuitive

Thank you for your kind review. Your feature is already being worked on in a separate add-on that focuses on the ability to rent/sell claims and even 3D subdivisions but also will have a GUI to manage your claims as you describe. The project might be hitting my spigot profile soon so keep an eye out.
