The plugin is amazing, light-weight and fulfils ones needs.
The dev actively helped me resolve an issue on my end, very active and helpful.

Pathetic!
The permissions do not work as intended. After every update, you are required to delete some files and lose your configurations if you've done any in those files-to-be-deleted.
The support discord is terrible, there's no management in there at all.
They have asked one of their friends (admin in their discord server)) to leave a 5-star review as well.

This plugin is one of the best I've tried, I'm a professional Minecraft developer and I spent hours looking for one with these requirements. I recommend it.
