Adds:
- the plugin will backup data according to the time (in config.yml)
- tab completer supported
- languages zh_CN(Simplified Chinese) and zh_TW(Traditional Chinese) support
- commands /myc balance [companyId] and /myc position permission list [position]

Fixes:
- the problem that the player can found the company without losing money
- the erorr spamming of disbanding after removing all chestshops.
