[1.1.7] Added chat formatting feature
By default the chat format for players is:
%prestige%&8[&b%rank%&8] &b%player% &8\u00BB &7%message%

(Can be configured and turned off, of course)​

• Added new feature: Chat formatting ( Event supports PlaceholderAPI! )
• Added new file: chat.yml
• "/(eco) stats" - The placeholders for %economy% now displays the economies display name.
