Changelogs:
- You can now give other Players fly via /fly [Player]
- You can now open your Ender Chest via /ec
- You can now give other Players God Mode via /god [Player]
- You can now Heal other Players via /heal [Player]
- You can now Feed other Players via /feed [Player]
- You can now give other Players Night-Vision via /nightvision [Player]
- You can now Craft any Items via /craft
- You can now give yourself and other Players Vanish via /vanish [Player],
- /help now automatically displays all commands for which you have permissions,
- Annoyed that you can only enchant up to, say, efficiency level 5? With /enchant <Enchantment> <Level> you can now enchant up to level 255!
- Added /tpa [Player], /tpahere [Player], /tpdeny, /tptoggle & /tpaccept
