This plugin adds cooldowns to maces and windcharges to the server

when you use a mace or wind charge it will add a cooldown with is asigned in the config for this plugin

This plugin is perfect for smp servers where you dont want players to mace all the time and windcharge all the time

documentation

Istallation:
- download the plugin
- put it into your plugins folder
- restart your server
- do /plugins to check if the plugin is on the server

Configuration:
you can use the command /macecooldown to configure cooldowns
you can set a lenght of a cooldown for mace by doing
/macecooldown mace <time in seconds>
or for windcharges by
/macecooldown windcharge <time in seconds>

you can also edit it in the config in plugins/macecooldown/config.yml
when you do you need to do /macecooldown reload for it to work
