Changes:
- Updated lettuce version and added a few necessary dependencies for it.
- Fixed an issue causing ignored players to ping/mention players.
- Dropped 1.19 and 1.20 support, from now on only 1.21 and up is supported.
- Cleanup unused PlayerManager methods
- Made mention handling cross-server compatible (you still need to update cross-server module)
- Strip/delete MiniMessage tags from messages if not permitted
- Fixed an issue with MySQL (SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException)
- Changed some filters' default values.
