- You can now set "Harvester Hoe" Tiers in the config, so you start with a wooden hoe, and when you reach for example Level 5 then your Harvester Hoe will be a Stone Hoe. You can set up to 5 Tiers.
- You can disable it, by typing on each tier "WOODEN_HOE".

Mainly, adding new Placeholders:
%bhoes_mosttokens2% - Second place, %bhoes_mosttokens3% - Third place
%bhoes_hoe_tier% - Show which Tier you are based on number.
%bhoes_hoe_tier_material% - Show which Tier you are based on the MATERIAL like "IRON" "DIAMOND", etc...
