Im rating this plugin a 3 (average) as it lacks functionality and customization.

It's a pretty simple plugin... you get a stick, click and a firework spawns.
But thats it.

It lacks customization. you cant change the firework type (hardcoded as BALL_LARGE), you cant change trail/flicker (both hardcoded)
You cant change max distance.
You cant change the type of item to use.
Absolutely nothing is configurable.

Summary:
Im sorry to say but this is a pretty useless plugin.
It gives me vibes that this dev is just learning plugin dev and wanted to post something.
I recommend spending more time learning Java/Bukkit API and actually make a plugin that would be useful for a server.
