Added 2 new useful commands:

The /unmuteall command requires re-entering.

- unmuteall.use
- mutelist.use

Bugs corrected:
- Displaying a notification related to the expiry of the penalty time when there was no penalty anymore.

- Minor typos. :J

- Player name displayed incorrectly as UUIDS.

New features:

- Muting offline players.
