Multilingual Support
- ✅ Full support for lang_en.yml and lang_ru.yml
- Centralized all messages using LangUtil.tr(...)
- Placeholder support: {name}, {page}, {amount}, {category}, etc.
- All commands, GUI, chat prompts, and navigation texts are now translated
- Language auto-detects from player client locale (via getLocale())
- All Vault & Emerald messages moved to lang_xx.yml
- Configurable keys for success/insufficient funds in config.yml:

- ✏ Navigation action bar messages now use localization via LangUtil.tr(...)
- Fully supports configurable navigator.format and arrow direction display
- All menu titles and buttons fully localized
- Rewritten titles now support startsWith(...) for dynamic names (e.g. marker names)
- ✅ Menus updated: Main, Type, Category, Duration, Edit, Teleport, Navigation, Delete, List
- Removed all hardcoded strings — everything now uses language/config files
- ✅ Improved code readability and structure
- All GUI interactions are safely validated and translated
- ✅ Compatible with Spigot/Paper 1.20–1.21
- ✅ Fully tested: navigation, teleportation, marker creation/deletion/editing, GUI, and timers
