Update to add two more commands and new handling of player permissions for servers with rank based systems. This update allows setting up additional ranks and their appropriate colors in game now. Players that have the /hexchat-color override the rank color. This allows for custom colors per permission to still be allowed for players with the correct permission to use it. It has also been updated to allow clearing of the custom color by entering /hexchat-color without providing colors. Still a beta version of the plugin and I have yet to add an in game command to remove rank colors from the list which will be in the next update. This new update creates a new yml called rankcolors.yml to handle them. Description update now in progress so keep an eye out it will be updated shortly to match this new versions use case. This update should not break switching from 0.0.1 to 0.0.2 simply download and replace the 0.0.1 version!
