Fix minor bugs, improve QoL, remove extra logic, and make update notifier more robust

- Added config options to enable/disable Clan Chest
- Added config options to enable/disable Clan Banners
- Clan Banners now cost money for clan members as well
- Added config to limit max clan names.
- %clans_name_plain% → Shows the player's clan name stripped from color codes.
- Fixed the issue with /clan leave
- fixed the issue for clan having no limit whilst renaming clan
- Made it so that indicators like "enabled" or "disabled" now support different languages
- Fixed the color bleeding issue in clans leaderboard
