New Features
- Add new players' ping metrics (min, max, avg)
- Implement new dashboard displaying these new metrics

Upgrading from v0.1.3
- Put the new plugin in your plugins folder
- Go to Grafana UI -> Dashboards -> New -> Import -> Import via dashboard JSON model
- The JSON can be found inside infra/grafana/dashboards/default_ping.json
- Dashboard ready :)
