Changes:
- Added the max values to the end of the horse statistics in the config.yml message.
- Updated horse calculations to be more accurate for speed/jump.
- Added more checks to the pet-protection tweak to prevent projectile and TNT damage from owner.
- Fix all tweaks that damage items to account for the unbreaking enchantment.
- Fix enchanting-lapis tweak not giving lapis on break when you haven't opened it since restart.
- Fix crops-bone-meal tweak taking bone meal after it reaches max height.
