Added the ability to enable automatic shutdowns. This is meant to be tied in with a starter script (your .bat file on Windows or .sh file on Linux) so that your server will automatically shutdown and restart after a specified time to save system resources and prevent lag.

NOTE If your server start script does not automatically start your server again after it is shutdown, leave this feature disabled as it will not make your server start back up again, it will simply turn it off.
