Why is there a line about reloading the plugin in messages.yml, but there is no actual command for it?

Plugin works great 9.5/10 but there's a small issue, some feedback messages like "Friend request accepted" show in chat twice. Accepting a friend request also throws a error message into chat aswell, something like "can't find message.request.success" but friend request accepts normally and everything works.
