Changes:

• Added Support for 1.21.11
• Fixed issues with worldguard break blocks where global region doesn't have any flags (from InfiniteCropsRegion-2.1.5)
• Fixed fonts invalid on windows system for ImageWriter
• Fixed EntitiesLoadEvent can't be accessed asynchronously with Oraxen
• Fixed GreenHouse schematics throwing errors on 1.21.9+
• Added minecraft_server_version to know in what version was config created, to load more settings based on versions
• Added fallback if water_tanks recipes are not found
