We've added in 2 new commands
- /claimflyadmin reload
- /claimflyadmin permissions

The reload command is pretty obvious, the permissions command displays all permissions this plugin uses.

There have been a number of checks and improvements to the plugins logic on where a player can fly, found a small bug and fixed it
