PromoPlugin Update — Language Support Added
Main Changes:
- Language Switching Support Added:
- Players can now switch the interface language between Russian and English using the /proen command.
- The language is saved individually for each player.
- Updated Messages:
- All plugin messages (such as errors, promo codes, and commands) are now displayed in the selected language.
- The default language is set to English.
