Added a "/repair" command which allows you to repair the item currently carried by the player.
Added a "/sethome" command which allows you to define a teleport point.
Added a "/home" command which allows you to teleport to a teleport point.
Added a "/homes" command which allows you to receive the list of all homes.
Added a message when the "/economy" command is sent incorrectly. (ex: /economy ta)
Added a message when the "/essentials" command is sent incorrectly. (ex: /essentials re)
Optimization was carried out in the "/money" command.
A bug in the economy system has been resolved.
