This version was tested on 1.21.6 and 1.21.7 servers, and they're fully compatible, with no issues occurring.

• Added region rating, but with GUI! You will no longer be able to rate regions with commands.

• Fixed bug when deleting a region with no economy plugin installed, the plugin would crash instantly; This caused some players to grief other regions that they do not own.
